This agreement governs appliance diagnostic and repair services provided by Howdy Appliance Pros, LLC, (“Company”) to the customer (“Customer”).
1. DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
The Company will inspect the appliance and identify the reported problem to the extent reasonably possible. Diagnosis may require testing or additional investigation.
The Customer agrees to pay the diagnostic fee disclosed during booking, even if the Customer declines the recommended repair, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A diagnosis does not guarantee that every existing or developing appliance problem will be identified.
2. ESTIMATES & REPAIR AUTHORIZATION
The Company will provide an estimate or other disclosure of applicable charges before proceeding with repair work.
The estimate will identify the recommended repair, expected labor and parts charges, and any applicable diagnostic fees and taxes.
The Customer must approve the estimate before repair work begins. If additional work is required or the expected price materially changes, the Company will obtain further approval.
Any estimate involving replacement parts will be based on the current price of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. At the Customer’s request, a suitable aftermarket replacement may be substituted where available. The Customer will be informed of any applicable price difference before the substitution is authorized. The use of aftermarket parts may affect the applicable parts warranty, which will be explained to the Customer before installation. Parts supplied by Howdy Appliance Pros remain subject to the parts warranty provisions of this agreement.
An online booking or appointment request alone does not authorize unapproved repair work.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
The Customer is responsible for all disclosed and authorized diagnostic fees, labor, parts, taxes, and applicable additional charges.
Payment is due upon completion unless alternative payment terms have been agreed to in writing.
Any deposits, special-order part commitments, cancellation charges, or restocking fees will be disclosed before the Customer agrees to them and will be subject to applicable law.
If the Customer declines the repair, previously authorized charges remain payable.
4. ONE-YEAR LIMITED LABOR WARRANTY
Howdy Appliance Pros provides a one-year limited labor warranty beginning on the date the original repair is completed.
This warranty covers defects in the Company’s workmanship directly related to the specific repair performed.
If the Company determines that a reported issue results from a covered workmanship defect during the warranty period, the Company will correct that defect without additional labor charges.
This warranty applies only to the specific repair performed and does not guarantee that the entire appliance will remain operational or that unrelated components will not fail.
The Customer must contact Howdy Appliance Pros promptly to report a potential warranty issue and arrange an inspection.

5. PARTS WARRANTY
Replacement parts supplied by Howdy Appliance Pros are covered only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if one is available and applicable. The Company does not provide a separate or additional parts warranty beyond the manufacturer’s coverage.
Manufacturer warranty terms, eligibility requirements, remedies, and claim procedures may vary by part and manufacturer. The Customer may need to provide proof of purchase, repair documentation, or other information required by the manufacturer.
Where applicable, the Company will provide available warranty information or reasonable assistance with directing the Customer to the manufacturer.
Nothing in this section limits rights or obligations imposed by applicable law.
6. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
To the extent permitted by law, the limited labor warranty does not cover:
- Failures of components that were not part of the original repair.
- Pre-existing problems unrelated to the authorized work.
- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
- Damage caused by power surges, plumbing problems, pests, flooding, or other external conditions not attributable to the Company’s work.
- Problems caused by subsequent repairs, modifications, or interference by third parties.
- Defects in customer-supplied parts, although the Company’s workmanship obligations remain applicable.
- New symptoms or failures that are not reasonably related to the original repair.
These exclusions do not remove coverage for defects actually caused by the Company’s workmanship or any rights that cannot legally be waived.
If a reported issue is determined to be outside the warranty, the Company will explain any proposed diagnostic or repair charges and obtain authorization before performing chargeable work.
7. PARTS AVAILABILITY & REPAIR OUTCOMES
Parts availability, supplier delays, and manufacturer discontinuations may affect repair timelines.
The Company will communicate material delays or proposed changes to the authorized repair.
Although the Company will exercise reasonable care and professional judgment, some repairs may not resolve every symptom if an additional or separate problem exists.
The Company will communicate material findings and obtain approval before proceeding with additional work.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the appliance and work area, disclose relevant information about known problems and prior repairs, and follow reasonable safety instructions.
The Customer should discontinue use of an appliance that presents a potential safety hazard, including smoke, sparking, significant water leakage, or other dangerous conditions.
The Company will take reasonable care while working in the Customer’s home. Nothing in this agreement releases the Company from responsibility imposed by applicable law for its negligence, misconduct, or breach of legal obligations.
9. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
The Customer should notify the Company as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Any cancellation fee or other charge must be disclosed in advance, accepted where required, and consistent with applicable law.
If work cannot be completed because of parts availability, unsafe conditions, or another material obstacle, the Company will explain the circumstances and any applicable charges.
10. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW
The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve service or warranty concerns directly.
This agreement is governed by applicable Texas law. Nothing in this agreement waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
11. ONLINE ACCEPTANCE & ELECTRONIC RECORDS
The Customer may accept this agreement electronically through the Company’s website or online booking system.

12. CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
By accepting this agreement electronically, the Customer acknowledges the terms stated above.
