He was incredibly quick, efficient and reliable, and went above and beyond to help reduce the cost of the replacement microwave part rather than simply recommending the most expensive option. Brendan was very responsive and was able to take a look at my fridge the next day after contacting him.  Unfortunately, the fridge really was on its last leg and we decided to buy a new one. But because of Brendan's thorough evaluation, we knew that was the right call. He is very knowledgable and was able to share clearly what was gong on with our fridge. Our dryer had been making horrific screeching sound for months. We had appliance services out twice without fixing the issue. Brendan with Howdy Appliances Pros worked doggedly on our dryer in our hot garage, figuring out the issue and replacing the parts that were worn out.
